Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Wonderfuel. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use Wonderfuel for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.
1. Who we are
Wonderfuel is provided by Digit Draft Kft., registered office: 1133 Budapest, Váci út 112. Fsz. 2. ajtó, Hungary, company registration number: 01-09-437321, tax number: 32685596-2-41 (EU VAT number: HU32685596) ("we", "us"). Email: david@digitdraft.com. These terms are in English.
2. The service
Wonderfuel helps you plan and make organic content: it reads your website and the public posts of your brand, competitors and topics, plans your channels on a calendar, writes drafts in your brand voice and helps you make short videos, including recordings, transcripts, avatars and animated stories. We keep improving it, so features may change, be added or be removed.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Give an email address you control and keep access to it: we sign you in through it or through Google.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Price
Wonderfuel is free to use at the moment. If we introduce paid plans or credits, we will show the price and the terms that apply before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. Actions that run on your own API keys (Claude, Higgsfield) are billed to you by those providers under their own terms; each such action runs only when you press its button.
5. Your content
- What you put into Wonderfuel (brand details, recordings, photos, scripts) and what it makes for you stays yours.
- You allow us to store, process and show it as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
- You confirm you have the rights and permissions for what you upload, including the consent of every person who appears or speaks in your recordings or photos.
- You decide what you publish. Check drafts, scripts and videos before you post them: AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other content, and we do not guarantee it is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Other people's content
Wonderfuel shows you public posts and pages of other creators and companies so you can learn what works. That content belongs to its owners. Use it for research and inspiration, not to copy or republish it, and follow the rules of the platforms it comes from.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Wonderfuel to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy and personality rights;
- make avatars, voices or videos of a real person without their consent, or content meant to deceive people about who is speaking;
- create content that is hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that promotes violence;
- send spam or break the rules of the platforms you post to;
- overload, attack, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits or security.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Connected services and your API keys
If you connect channels (for example Telegram, Slack or Discord) or add your own API keys, you authorise us to use them for the actions you set up or start. Those services' own terms apply to your use of them. You can disconnect them or remove your keys at any time.
9. Availability
We work to keep Wonderfuel running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and as available: it may be interrupted, and features that depend on other platforms or AI providers may stop working when those change. Keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Ending
You can stop using Wonderfuel at any time and ask us to close your account by email. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it; where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to save your content. We may also end the service as a whole with at least 30 days' notice.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Consumers
If you use Wonderfuel as a consumer, you keep all rights that the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence give you, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and close your account before then.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Hungary, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts where they live. Before going to court, please write to us: most things can be sorted out by email.
